Information/Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree 196 dated 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, said processing will adhere to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the safeguarding of your privacy and your rights.
In compliance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, therefore we provide you with the following information:

a – fulfilling accountancy and fiscal obligations;
b – managing clients;
c – programming its own work;
d – internal checking services;

2) Data will be processed in the following ways:

b – electronically (by our own personnel who have received appropriate training and are appointed to carry out the processing).

3) The providing of data is optional, but a refusal to do so could result in a contract not being fulfilled or only fulfilled in part.

Article 7 – The right to access personal data and other rights
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data exist, even if not yet recorded, and the communication of the same in intelligible form.

2. The data subject shall have the right to obtain information about:
a – the source of the personal data;
b – the purposes and methods used for processing;
c – the logic applied to the processing, if this is carried out with the aid of electronic equipment;
d – the identification of the data controller, the person in charge of processing and the representative designated as per Article 5, Paragraph 2;
e – the subjects or subject categories to which personal data may be communicated or that may receive such information while acting as the appointed state territory representative, persons in charge or persons authorised to carry out the processing.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a – the updating, alteration or, if so desired, the integration of the data;
b – the cancellation, transformation into anonymous format or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which it is not necessary to preserve in relation to the purposes for which said data was collected or subsequently processed;
c – confirmation that procedures under letters a) and b) have been notified, also in relation to their content, to those bodies or persons to whom said data has been communicated or transmitted, except in the event that such communication proves impossible or involves means manifestly disproportionate with respect to the right protected.

4. The interested party has the right to object to, either wholly or in part:
a – for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data that concern it, even if pertinent to the purposes for the data collection;
b – the processing of personal data that concern it for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for market research or commercial communications.
